Potatoes Maximus
4 peeled cubed potatoes
1 cubed onion
5 pieces of bacon, fried
2 eggs per person
1 avocado
salt
pepper
garlic powder
salsa
sour cream

Season potatoes with salt, pepper and garlic powder and fry onions until tender. Fry bacon until crispy. Fry eggs over medium. Slice avocado. Serve with potatoes, bacon and onion on the bottom. Top with fried eggs, salsa, sour cream and avocado.
