2 Big heads of Broccoli
1 red onion
1 cup pistachios
1 cup bacon
(I use precooked bacon for this)
1 cup sliced grape tomatoes
1 1/2 cups mayo
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
(can also use white, but rice is better)
1/4 cup sugar
Chop the veggies, pistachios and bacon approximatly the same size.
Mix the mayo, vinegar and sugar together and add to the salad.
Stir several times every hour for the first two or three hours.
