Beer Brats

1 pack of brats
1 pack of buns
3 or 4 bay leaves
1 onion (chopped in big ol’ pieces)
1 bunch garlic (sperated and cloves cut in half)
1 TBSP paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Tony Chaceres
2 or 3 beers (I usually use a pale ale but this was all I had )

Mix everything into a pot and bring to a boil until onions are soft. Grill for 2 minutes a side (to get a little char on them) or broil them in the oven. Serve with mustard, sauerkraut, and the onion garlic mixture.
